В статье автор анализирует актуальные проблемы осмотра содержимого телефона (смартфона) сотрудниками правоохранительных органов и вопросы нарушения конституционных прав гражданина, аргументирует предложения по защите прав, закрепленных в Конституции РФ. In the article, the author analyzes the actual problems of inspecting the contents of the phone (smartphone) by law enforcement officers and issues of violation of the constitutional rights of a citizen, argues pro posals for the protection of rights enshrined in the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
