Адренореактивность эритроцитов в динамике развития неосложненной беременности и лечении угрозы преждевременных родов

Abstract

Цель исследования - изучение адренозависимой скорости оседания эритроцитов (А-СОЭ) и адренозависимой осморезистентности эритроцитов (А-ОРЭ) у небеременных женщин, в динамике неосложненного течения беременности, при угрозе преждевременных родов (УПР), а также при лечении УПР гинипралом или сернокислой магнезией. Установлено изменение силы адренергического механизма, в частности повышение его силы при беременности в сравнении с небеременными, а так же в динамике развития неосложненной беременности. В динамике лечения по данным А-СОЭ и А-ОРЭ происходит увеличение силы этого механизма, что можно расценивать, как эффективность проводимой терапии УПР. Research purpose: study of Adrenodependent speed of settling of erythrocytes (A-SOE) and Adrenodependent osmoresistance (A-ORE) of not pregnant women, in the dynamics of not complicated current of pregnancy in case of premature births threat, and also at treatment of premature births threat of gynipral or magnesium sulfatis. Set change of force of adrenergic mechanism, in particular increase of his force at pregnancy in comparison with not pregnant women, and similarly in the dynamics of development of not complicated current of pregnancy. In the dynamics of treatment to from data of A-SOE and A-ORE there is an increase of force of this mechanism, that can be considered, as efficiency of the conducted therapy of threat of premature births.
