Nikolaev, PhD (Economics), Associate Professor of the Department of Labor Economics and Human Resources Management, Ural State University of Economics, Ekaterinburg, Russia; wagner83@mail.ru В статье обоснована научная и практическая актуальность разработки методологического подхода к оценке эффективности деятельности работодателя на основе показателя качества трудовой жизни в условиях трансформаций рынка рабочей силы и трудовой сферы, связанных с развитием информационно-сетевого общества, гибких и удаленных форм трудовой деятельности. Рассмотрены направления развития теории и методологии управления качеством трудовой жизни работников. Обосновано авторское определение понятия «качество трудовой жизни работника», а также впервые предложена категория «эффективность деятельности работодателя». Разработан методический подход к комплексной оценке эффективности деятельности и конкурентоспособности работодателя с использованием методов расчета показателей оплаты труда, социального обеспечения, специальной оценки условий труда, анализа управленческой документации, наблюдения, опроса работников. Предложен показатель оценки удовлетворенности работников качеством трудовой жизни. Разработанный методический подход позволяет проводить оценку и повышение качества трудовой жизни работников, сбалансированное и сопряженное с ростом эффективности деятельности организации. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы для оценки и роста эффективности деятельности работодателей, качества трудовой жизни работников, развития эффективно-ориентированных трудовых отношений, повышения эффективности труда работников производственных и иных организаций. This article substantiates the scientific and practical relevance of developing a methodological approach to assessing the effectiveness of an employer's activities based on the indicator of the quality of working life in the transformation in the labor market and the labor sphere associated with the development of an information technology society, and flexible and remote forms of work. The development of the theory and methodology of managing the quality of the working life are considered. The concept of “the quality of working life” is defined, and the category “the efficiency of an employer's activity” is proposed for the first time. A methodical approach has been developed for a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of the activity and competitiveness of an employer using indicators of wages, social security, a special assessment of working conditions, the analysis of management documentation, observation, and employee surveys. An indicator for assessing the satisfaction of employees with the quality of their working life is proposed. The developed methodological approach makes it possible to assess and improve the quality of the working life of employees, balanced with an increase in the efficiency of the organization. The results of the study can be used to assess and increase the efficiency of employers' activities, the quality of the working life of employees, the development of effective labor relations, and an increase in the efficiency of workers in production and other organizations.
