Abstract

Radical influence on improvement of the concept of development and system of sports preparation is rendered by roughly developing theory of adaptation. On its regularities, corner provisions are formulated and have further development of methodical principles, technological development of optimum creation of process of sports preparation. In article the huge analytical material is presented, results of own researches, allowing to bring a number of essential specifications are given in the theory and problem delivery. The incorporated group of authors including of experts of the theory and practice of sports, allowed deepening separate provisions of the theory of adaptation. For the first time it is raised the question about possibility of the analysis of a data file of a problem of adaptation by means of supercomputer technologies.
