Abstract

Предлагается схема энергосервисного контракта, основанная на партнерстве между заказчиком и исполнителем, использовании эволюционной схемы развития энергосберегающих проектов на базе механизма возвратного целевого финансирования. The author proposes a new scheme of energy service contract, based on partnership between the customer and the contractor, using the evolutionary scheme of energy efficiency projects on the basis budgeting mechanism.
