Osipova, i.s.osipova@mail.ru Shadrinsk State Pedagogical University, Shadrinsk, Russian Federation В статье рассматриваются вопросы эффективности руководителя физкультурноспортивной организации, дается описание компонентного состава эффективности руководителя, представлена обобщенная микромодель эффективности и модель эффективности руководителя физкультурно-спортивной организации. Важный акцент в статье сделан на педагогических условиях регуляции организационно-управленческой деятельности. The article deals with the efficiency of the head of the sports organization. It describes the efficiency components, presents a generalized efficiency micromodel and efficiency model of the head of the sports organization. An important emphasis in the article is made on the pedagogical conditions of regulation of organizational and managerial activities.
