Экспериментальные исследования системы автоматической коррекции натяжения в межклетевом промежутке широкополосного стана горячей прокатки

Abstract

Представлены результаты экспериментальных исследований точности регулирования натяжения при применении разработанного способа компенсации статических отклонений скорости электропривода клети. Рассмотрены схемы блока компенсации и переходные процессы для двух вариантов реализации способа: разгон электропривода перед захватом полосы валками и разгон непосредственно в момент захвата. Экспериментально подтверждена техническая эффективность реализации предложенного способа, заключающаяся в повышении точности регулирования натяжения и толщины полосы в динамических режимах. Outcomes of experimental researches of tension regulation accuracy while applying the designed mode of compensation of static deviations of stand electric drive velocity are presented. Circuits of block of compensation and transitions for two alternatives of the mode realization - acceleration of the electric drive before the capture of a strip by rolls and acceleration immediately at the moment of capture are surveyed. Engineering efficiency of the offered mode application is confirmed.
