Дано теоретическое обоснование понятий виноградарско-винодельческой отрасли и обоснована их роль в развитии агропромышленного комплекса. Проведен анализ основных индикаторов развития отрасли, таких как структура виноградных площадей, производство и потребление вина, определено место России в мировых рейтингах. Показано влияние государственной политики в отношении виноделия и виноградарства в части реализации федерального проекта стимулирования развития виноградарства и виноделия с выделенным финансированием. В статье сформулированы основные проблемы развития отрасли, проанализированы актуальные законотворческие инициативы, определены региональные аспекты развития виноградарства в Республике Крым и городе Севастополе. Сделан вывод о существенной роли виноградарско-винодельческой отрасли в экономике регионов Южного федерального округа в контексте импортозамещения с учетом нарастающих геополитических угроз и введения ряда экономических санкций. Исследование проводилось с использованием системного подхода в изучении особенностей винодельческой отрасли, метода научного сравнения, ретроспективного и перспективного анализа. The article is devoted to the study of the viticulture and wine industry of the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation, taking into account the global trends in the development of viticulture and regional specifics of the Russian winemaking. Theoretical substantiation of the concepts of viticulture and winemaking industry is given and their role in the development of the agro-industrial complex is outlined. The author analyzed the main indicators of the industry development, such as the structure of vineyard areas, production and consumption of wine. The place of Russia in the world rankings is also determined. The impact of state policy on viticulture and winemaking in terms of the implementation of the federal project on stimulating the development of viticulture and winemaking industry with allocated funding is shown. The article formulates the main problems of the industry development, analyzes current legislative initiatives, defines regional aspects of viticulture development in the city of Sevastopol and the Republic of Crimea. The conclusion is made about the significant role of the viticulture and winemaking industry in the economy of the regions of the Southern Federal District in the context of import substitution, taking into account the growing geopolitical threats and the introduction of a number of economic sanctions. The research has been conducted using a systematic approach in studying the specifics of the winemaking industry, the method of scientific comparison, retrospective and prospective analysis.
