В качестве объекта научного исследования выступают предприятия пищевой промышленности. Целью работы является предложение модели информационного обеспечения системы управления предприятиями пищевой промышленности. В качестве научных методов исследования в статье используются: анализ; синтез; индукция; дедукция; обобщение. Результатом работы является предложенное информационное обеспечение системы управления предприятиями пищевой промышленности, которое масштабируемо и может быть имплементировано как на крупных, так и на малых и средних предприятиях, которое способно выполнять все возложенные на него функции. Область применения результатов состоит в том, что статья, наряду с другими работами, расширяет научное поле исследований, касающихся деятельности предприятий пищевой промышленности. В итоге сделаны выводы о модели, позволяющей эффективно управлять хозяйствующими субъектами. The article proposes the systematization of scientific research aimed at identifying ways to improve the efficiency of food industry enterprises in modern economic conditions. The food industry enterprises are considered as objects of scientific research. The purpose of the work is to present a model of information support for the management system of food industry enterprises. In this article, the analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, and generalization are used as scientific research methods. This work proposes the information support for the management system of food industry enterprises, which can be adjusted to the scale of and implemented at both small, medium-sized and large enterprises, able to perform all the functions assigned to it. The proposed scope of application refers to the fact that, along with other works, this article expands the scientific field of research related to the activities of food industry enterprises. As a result of the study, conclusions about the model that ensures effective management of business entities are made.
