В статье рассмотрены подходы к пониманию содержания изучаемых понятий, а также точки их смыслового и практического пересечения. Автор обосновывает позицию, согласно которой правовое воспитание следует считать одной из основных и наиболее эффективных форм государственно-правового идеологического воздействия на общественные правосознание и правовую культуру. По итогам исследования делается вывод о том, что указанное воздействие должно выступать одной из приоритетных задач современного российского общества в условиях развития правовой государственности. This article is devoted to the analysis of the mutual influence of the state-legal ideology and legal education within the framework of Russian society and the state. The article considers approaches to understanding the content of the concepts under study, as well as the points of their semantic and practical intersection. The author substantiates the position that legal education should be considered one of the main and most effective forms of state-legal ideological influence on public legal consciousness and legal culture. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that this impact should be one of the priority tasks of modern Russian society in the context of the development of legal statehood.
