Одновременное существование в уголовном кодексе Российской Федерации не-скольких статей, предусматривающих ответственность за доведение до самоубийства, обуславливает возникновение проблем, связанных с квалификацией этих деяний. Отличительной чертой, позволяющей разграничить составы преступлений, преду-смотренных ст.110 УК РФ и ст.110.1 УК РФ является способ их совершения. Чаще всего объективная сторона содеянного выражается в речевой деятельности преступника, однако недостаточно устанавливать лишь фактически совершенные лицом действия, требуется дать им экспертную оценку. В настоящей статье высказано предложение как с помощью психолого-лингвистической экспертизы исследовать результаты речевой деятельности преступника и тем самым в точности определить способ совершения преступления. The simultaneous existence in the criminal code of the Russian Federation of several articles that stipulate responsibility for bringing to suicide, causes problems related to the qualification of these acts. A distinctive feature that allows to distinguish between the elements of crimes provided for by Article 110 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and Article 110.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is the method of their commission. Most often, the objective side of the deed is expressed in the speech activity of the criminal, however, it is not enough to establish only the actions actually committed by the person, it is necessary to give them an expert assessment. This article proposes how to use the psychological and linguistic expertise to investigate the results of the criminal speech activity and thereby precisely determine the method of committing a crime.
