Abstract

Исследованы данные, отражающие соотношение уровней развития аэробной выносливости и анаэробных, в том числе спринтерских, способностей велосипедистов ВМХ высокой квалификации. Изучены особенности срочного восстановления сердечно-сосудистой системы спортсменов на физическую нагрузку в различных зонах мощности.Article contains the information reflecting a ratio of levels of development of aerobic endurance and anaerobic, including sprint, abilities of bicyclists BMX of high qualification. Reflected particularly urgent restoration of cardiovascular system of athletes to physical loads in different zones of power. Шульпина B.
