Основными методами работы являются принципы объективизма и историзма, предполагающие возможность изучить основные предметы в исторических условиях развития государства. Подробно рассмотрен порядок проведения оценки имущества в охранительном судопроизводстве. Сделан основной вывод, определивший современную практику государственной деятельности, которая в дальнейшем составила основу будущей судебно-правовой политики. The subject of the research is the history of Russian legal science in the early 19 century. Based on the theory and history of state and law of the development prospects of the proceedings, the administrative-territorial device of the state. The main methods of work are the principles of objectivism and historicism, suggesting the opportunity to study the main subjects in the historical conditions of development of the state. The procedure of property valuation in protective proceedings is considered in detail. The main conclusion is made that determined the modern practice of state activity, which later formed the basis of future judicial and legal policy.
