Dedyukhin2, niilador@mail.ru 1 UralNIIstrom, Chelyabinsk, Russian Federation 2 “LADOR” Research Institute, Ekaterinburg, Russian Federation В статье представлены результаты научно-прикладного развития системы контроля качества строительства автомобильных дорог и испытаний дорожно-строительных материалов с использованием лабораторной информационной менеджмент-системы (ЛИМС) U-LAB, разработанной и внедренной институтом «УралНИИстром». Изложены основные принципы лабораторного контроля качества строительства автомобильных дорог и преимущества использования разработанной ЛИМС U-LAB для организации и повышения эффективности лабораторного контроля качества строительства и испытаний дорожно-строительных материалов, улучшения взаимодействия между органами управления дорожным хозяйством, подрядными, проектными и научными организациями, привлекаемыми к дорожному строительству. Приведены данные об интерфейсе программы, элементах системы и технико-экономические показатели внедрения в Испытательном центре «УралНИИстром» в 2020 г. ЛИМС U-LAB рекомендована к применению в испытательных центрах и лабораториях дорожного хозяйства для улучшения организации и эффективности контроля качества строительства автомобильных дорог и испытаний дорожно-строительных материалов. The article presents the results of the scientific and applied development of the quality control system for road construction and testing of road building materials using the laboratory information management system (LIMS) U-LAB, developed and implemented by the UralNIIstrom Institute. The basic principles of laboratory quality control of road construction are described, as well as the advantages of using the developed LIMS U-LAB for organizing and increasing the efficiency of laboratory quality control of construction and testing of road building materials, improving the interaction between road management bodies and contracting, design and scientific organizations involved in road construction. The data on the program interface, the system elements and the technical and economic indicators of implementation in the Test Center “UralNIIstrom” in 2020 are presented. LIMS U-LAB is recommended to be used in the road-industry test centers and laboratories for the improvement of the organization and efficiency of quality control of road construction and testing of road building materials.
