Abstract

Получены новые данные общей мощности спектра (ОМС) и середины спектра (Fm) медленноволновой активности гемодинамики в условиях покоя (лежа), стоя, при задержке дыхания через 3 и 19 дней акклиматизации соответственно в нижнем и затем верхнем среднегорье. Определяют ранговые значения вкладов спектра в регуляции различных факторов кровообращения. Полученные данные позволяют судить об изменениях физической работоспособности в зависимости от вклада звеньев регуляции. Изучены результаты барорегуляции и функции сердца и сосудов. Показана многогранность иерархических проявлений и перераспределений процессов системы кровообращения. В доступной литературе мы не встретили подобных исследований. В результате исследований в условиях «горного климата» и тренировочных воздействий на преимущественное развитие локальной выносливости обнаружено изменение функциональной мощности систем, ответственных за акклиматизацию. Несмотря на совокупные воздействия среды, в том числе стресс-реакций, формирование устойчивой фазы адаптации происходит порою на фоне ухудшения общего состояния, перераспределений в управлении этими процессами. New data of the general power of a spectrum (ОМС) is obtained and the spectrum middle (Fm) slow wave activity of a hemodynamic in the conditions of rest (lying), standing, at a breath holding in 3 and 19 days of acclimatization accordingly in bottom and then top mid-mountainous area. Define range value of contributions of a spectrum in regulation of various factors of a circulation. The obtained data allows to judge changes of physical working capacity depending on the contribution of links of regulation. Results if bar regulations and functions of heart and vessels are studied. Many-sided nature of hierarchical implications and redistributions of processes of system of a circulation is shown. In the accessible literature we haven't met similar researches. As a result of researches in conditions of “a mountain climate” and training influences on primary development of local endurance change of functional power of the systems responsible for acclimatization is revealed. Despite cumulative influences of medium, including stresses-reactions, formation of a steady phase of adaptation occurs at times deterioration of the general condition, redistributions in management of these processes.
