Последовательность и механизм фазовых превращений при взаимодействии мелкодисперсных оксидов Ti02 - Сr2О3

Abstract

Методами магнетохимического, рентгегностуктурного, термогравиметрического и количественного химического анализов изучена последовательность фазовых превращений при образовании твердых растворов в системе мелкодисперсных оксидов Ti02 - Сr2О3. Показано, что при температурах 850-900 °С одновременно идут два процесса: разложение соединений с и фазовый переход анатаза в рутил. Belaya Elena Aleksandrovna - Cand. Sc.
