The experimental estimation of potential possibility of use of new technology – laser textured surfaces in parallel thrust hydrodynamic segment bearings is executed. Influence laser textured carrying surface of axial bearing for the thickness and liquid friction is investigated. The received results are compared with similar for not textured one.
