Abstract

Ульяновск), ebrezneva@list.ru Ekaterina V. Pustynnikova, Doctor of Sciences (Economics), Professor, Ulyanovsk State University, Ulyanovsk, ebrezneva@list.ru Статья посвящена мониторингу внутренних и внешних критериев конкурентоспособности медицинских организаций. The article is devoted to the monitoring of internal and external criteria for the competitiveness of medical organizations. The main components of the quality of medical services are revealed; theoretical and practical aspects of assessing the competitiveness of medical organizations are considered. When comparing the internal and external criteria, the rating range of the level of competitive advantages is determined. A point-based assessment method is used as a monitoring method. According to the results of monitoring the competitive positions of medical organizations in the city of Ulyanovsk, a private medical clinic has a leading position, close to the reference one, but a municipal polyclinic has proven itself sufficiently reliable and has a high level of competitiveness. The method of assessing the competitiveness can be recommended when elaborating and implementing the strategies of developing of medical organizations.
