Совершенствование алгоритма согласования скоростей электроприводов клетей черновой группы стана горячей прокатки

Abstract

Представлены результаты анализа скоростных режимов электроприводов клетей и натяжений в межклетевых промежутках непрерывной подгруппы черновой группы стана 2000 ОАО «ММК». Показано, что в существующей системе согласования скоростей не обеспечивается режим прокатки с натяжением, близким к нулевому. Предложен алгоритм согласования скоростей в процессе прокатки, применение которого обеспечивает повышение точности поддержания заданного натяжения. The results of analysis of high-speed rates of birdcages of electric drives and tensioning between interstand spaces of continuous subgroup of roughing mill group of mill 2000 of Joint Stock Company "MISW" are presented. It is shown that in the existing system of speed coordination the rolling schedule with the tensioning close to the zero is not ensured. The algorithm of the coordination of speeds in the course of rolling application of which ensures the raise of accuracy of maintenance of the set tensioning is proposed.
