Abstract

This research is due to the need to improve the practical results ulyzhnikov racers on middle and long distance events at local and regional importance. Scientific and methodological support enables monitoring of circulatory regulation at stages of the annual cycle of training. Research the regulation of blood flow were performed on young athletes who specialize in medium and long distances, concentrated develop local muscular endurance (LMW), key muscles that provide sporting performance.
