Abstract

Челябинск), mostovshchikovaia@susu.ru Irina A. Soloveva, Doctor of Sciences (Economics), Professor of the Department of Financial Technology, South Ural State University, Chelyabinsk, solovevaia@susu.ru Irina A. Mostovshchikova, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Financial Technology, South Ural State University, Chelyabinsk, mostovshchikovaia@susu.ru В статье описывается разработанная авторами модель диагностики готовности компании к реализации инновационных проектов высокого риска. The goal of this paper is to develop and test an algorithm to diagnose the readiness of industrial enterprises to implement high-risk innovation projects. Our model has been tested at a large food industry enterprise in Chelyabinsk. The results reveal significant discrepancies in the company image and the strategy of its development among different groups of current and potential employees, which makes it difficult to implement innovations effectively. Based on the results of the analysis, the authors form problem areas matrix and propose recommendations for the elimination of problem areas. The implementation of remedial measures will help to achieve the condition when an enterprise will be able to provide high-risk projects team management model with a minimum risk.
