Бесконтактное измерение скорости ультразвуковой волны на малой поверхности

Abstract

Описана лабораторная установка, на которой экспериментально регистрировали акустические импульсы с малого участка поверхности. Установка включает бесконтактный электромагнито-акустический приемник, в котором индуктор был выполнен в виде двух прямых тонких параллельных проводников, находящихся на близком расстоянии друг от друга. Скорость волны Рэлея определяли в частотном диапазоне 2–10 МГц. При этих частотах длина поверхностной акустической волны варьировались от 600 до 240 мкм, а минимальная база измерения скорости волны Релея на частоте 10 МГц составила 500 мкм. Предложена новая методика измерения временного интервала между двумя акустическими импульсами.
