Abstract

This article examines the analytical basis on both the supply and the demand side with the issue of interaction between citizens and e-government. At modeling of three dimensions of online of civic engagement (government information access, service transactions, and contributing to government policy-making processes) a variety of data was included in the study, i.e. political activity, civic engagement, perceived benefits and difficulties, information channels, and demographic characteristics.
