Abstract

Анализируются эволюция и существенные признаки понятия «информатизация». Сопоставляются его значение и сущность понятия «цифровая трансформация». Определяется значение цифровой трансформации в процессе развития государственного управления. Рассматривается цифровое состояние информационного общества с позиции документов стратегического планирования. Делается вывод о необходимости рассмотрения цифровой трансформации как этапа развития информатизации. The evolution and essential features of the concept of "informatization" are analyzed. Its meaning and the essence of the concept of "digital transformation" are compared. The importance of digital transformation in the development of public administration is determined. The digital state of the information society is considered from the perspective of strategic planning documents. The conclusion is made about the need to consider digital transformation as a stage in the development of informatization.
