Влияние ультразвуковой обработки на вязкость суспензий глинистых минералов

Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию влияния частоты и времени ультразвуковой обработки на вязкость бентонитовых водно-глинистых суспензий. Объектом исследования являлась бентонитовая глина Зыряновского месторождения Курганской области, на основе которой готовились водно-глинистые суспензии. Полученные суспензии исследовали на условную вязкость, для определения которой использовался вискозиметр ВЗ-2, и динамическую вязкость, которую определяли при помощи ротационного вискозиметра Brookfield Rheo V 2.8. Показано, что обработка глинистых суспензий ультра-звуком вызывает в зависимости от продолжительности и мощности обработки как диспергирующее, так и агрегатирующее действие.
