
На основе анализа эмпирических данных диссертационных исследований выделяются основные направления исследования способностей в Пермской психологической школе. Дана характеристика структуры способностей и ха- рактера их детерминации индивидуальными свойствами, показаны специфика взаимосвязи способностей и педагогического стиля, динамика развития способностей учителя, влияние уровня способностей на их структуру, половые и гендерные различия в способностях, взаимосвязь способностей и успешности профессиональной деятельности. Empirical data analysis is provided that leads to differentiating some basic directions of ability research in Perm Psychological School. The article describes the structure of abilities and its determination my individual traits. It also reveals peculiarities of relation between abilities and pedagogical styles, dynamics of teacher abilities development, the influence of ability level on ability structure, sex and gender differences in abilities, and relation between abilities and level of performance in pedagogical activities.
