
The objective of the bachelor thesis was to evaluate the level of motivation and stimulation of the employees of a company and to suggest possible changes for improvement. The theoretical part of the work deals with definitions of basic terms relating to motivation and stimulation. For processing of this thesis I chose Sellier & Bellot, a joint-stock company, where I made a questionnare research. Random selection was used to obtain a sample of respondents. The purpose of the research was to find out the employees attitude to the problems and to confirm or to disprove the given hypothesis. At the end of the work there are suggested changes which should contribute to better motivation of the employees of the company because of the fact that the employees are not motivated effectively by their managers.
