This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of Muda and the elimination of waste in a manufacturing company. The main goal of the thesis is to identify various types of waste in an industrial enterprise and propose effective methods for their elimination. The thesis deals with the theoretical foundations of lean manufacturing, specifically the principles of Muda - the "7 types of waste," which include unnecessary steps, time losses, excess inventory, and other forms of inefficiency. Based on the methods used in the work, it describes the characteristics of lean management and quality management in a selected company, the types of MUDA found in an industrial enterprise, and provides a proposal and recommendations for implementing a Kanban board in the company to improve the flow of information with the aim of reducing waste. The results of the thesis offer practical recommendations for improving waste reduction in production and its elimination through problem-solving tools, the implementation of continuous improvement, daily meetings, and standardization.
