Abstract

El artículo recoge la experiencia profesional de una de las primeras asistentes sociales que en Italia, después de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, fueron pioneras en la introducción del ejercicio profesional del Servicio Social desde los valores democráticos. El itinerario inicia con el momento de su formación, recorre los múltiples escenarios de su actividad profesional y culmina con una importante y significativa aportación en la formación, a nivel de la incorporación e impartición de saberes de la estructuración de los planes de estudio, de la ampliación de las posibilidades de acceso a los estudios superiores y en consecuencia del correspondiente reconocimiento del status profesional
