Abstract

У статті охарактеризовано сутність людських ресурсів та людського потенціалу на підприємстві, визначе- но основні джерела та причини виникнення організаційних конфліктів, а також розглянуто основні технології регулювання конфлікту. Виявлено, що конфлікт є важливою формою взаємодії між людьми і слугує засобом вирішення багатьох проблем, а сама участь у конфліктних ситуаціях займає до 20% робочого дня рядового співробітника. В статье охарактеризованы сущность человеческих ресурсов и человеческого потенциала на предпри- ятии, определены основные источники и причины возникновения организационных конфликтов, а также рассмотрены основные технологии регулирования конфликта. Выявлено, что конфликт является важной формой взаимодействия между людьми и служит средством решения многих проблем, а участие в конфликтных ситуациях занимает до 20% рабочего дня рядового сотрудника. The article describes the essence of human resources and human potential in the enterprise, identifies the main sources and causes of organizational conflicts, as well as the basic technologies of conflict regulation. Revealed that the conflict is an important form of interaction between people and serves as a means of solving many problems, and participation in conflict situations can take up to 20% of the working day of that employee.
