Профілактика тромбоемболічних ускладнень при лапароскопічній холецистектомії
Виконання лапароскопічних холецистектомій (ЛХЕ), як «золотого» стандарту в лікуванні різних захворювань жовчного міхура, дало досить багато позитивних ефектів для отримання хороших результатів лікування. Суспільство сприймає даний вид оперативного втручання зі значною психологічною легкістю, але все ж загроза тромбоемболічних ускладнень постійно існує, особливо у хворих з групи ризику. Частота тромбоемболічних ускладнень при лапароскопічних операціях на органах черевної порожнини, за різними джерелами, складає 0,3 - 0,5%, з них при ЛХЕ 0,03 - 0,06%.
