В статті проведені дослідження щодо видів комунікації судів з громадськістю. Висвітлені актуальні питання даного напрямку. Зокрема, проаналізовані проблемні питання щодо комунікативної діяльності суддів. Визначені можливі шляхи налагодження взаємодії органів судової влади із суспільством. Основним завданням судової влади являється захист прав і свобод громадян. Консультативна рада європейських суддів у своїх висновках відзначила, що діалог з громадськістю має першочергове значення для поліпшення обізнаності громадян у законодавстві та підвищення їх довіри до судової влади, і саме представники Феміди відповідальні за об’єктивне і не упередження висвітлення діяльності суду. У сфері комунікації судів з суспільством можна виділити дослідження та публікації таких науковців, як: А.Г. Алєксєєв, П.О. Гвоздик, А.П. Захарченко, В.В. Земляной, І.П. Голосніченко, М.М. Логунова, Н.І. Петрова, І.О. Солдатенко та інші. The article is devoted to research as to types of interaction of courts with public. There were highlighted actual issues of the given direction. In particular, there were analyzed issues as to interactive activity of judges. There were identified possible ways of establishment of judicial authorities with public. The main task of the judiciary is the protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens. The Advisory Council of European Judges in its conclusions noted that dialogue with the public is of paramount importance for improving citizens' awareness of the legislation and increasing their trust in the judiciary, and the representatives of Themis themselves are responsible for the objective and not prejudice the coverage of the court. In the field of communication between courts and society, research and publications of such scholars as A.G. Alekseev, P.O. Gvvedik, A.P. Zakharchenko, V.V. Zemlyanoy, I.P. Golosnichenko, M.M. Logunova, N.I. Petrova, I.O. Soldatenko and others.
