У статті розглядається розробка кредитно-інвестиційного меморандуму банку з метою регламентації стратегічних напрямків кредитно-інвестиційної діяльності банку, детального закріплення процедур її здійснення, розподілу центрів відповідальності щодо стадій кредитно-інвестиційного процесу та визначення аналітичних процедур. In the article the credit-investment memorandum of bank is worked out with the purpose of regulation of strategic directions of credit-investment activity of bank, detailed fixing of procedures of her realization, distributions of centers of responsibility in relation to the stages of credit-investment process and determination of analytical procedures.
