Abstract

This article deals with the the experience of treatment of 2 patients with hemophilia with severe gastrointestinal bleeding who were treated in Sumy regional center of gastrointestinal bleeding in 2014. It is shown that conservative treatment of severe gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with hemophilia has its own characteristics and can be effective treated by using enough clotting factor VIII, conducting adequate infusion-transfusion, hemostatic and antiulcer therapy.
