Застосування рентгенофлуоресцентного аналізу в медицині

Abstract

На сьогоднішній день, важливою задачею для дослідників є пошук оптимальних умов для проведення мікроелементного аналізу наноструктурованих сполук. Наразі, високо ефективним методом є рентгенофлуористцентний аналіз (РФА), який має ряд переваг таких як, якісне та кількісне визначення елементів від натрію до урану, за стандартними методиками, велику швидкість вимірювань, легкість пробопідготовки, широкий діапазон визначуваних елементів і їх кількості.
