Abstract

Пріоритетним напрямом зовнішньополітичного курсу сучасної України до Європейського Союзу проголошено інтеграцію. А досягнення певного рівня узгодженості українського законодавства із правовими нормами ЄС, є ключовим елементом успішної Євроінтеграції нашої країни. Ця стаття присвячена особливостям правового регулювання здійснення нотаріальної діяльності в Україні. The priority direction of the foreign policy of modern Ukraine to the European Union declared integration. And the achievement of a certain level of consistency of Ukrainian legislation with the EU legal norms is a key element of the successful European integration of our country. This article is devoted to the peculiarities of legal regulation of the implementation of notarial activities in Ukraine.
