Оценка величины паевого участия потенциальных застройщиков в создании инфраструктуры города
Предлагается формировать инфраструктуру города за счет средств инвесторов. Излагаются принципы определения паевого участия инвесторов. Предлагается метод определения размера паевого взноса инвестора в развитие инфраструктуры города. Представлены результаты расчетов важнейших показателей, необходимых для оценки размера взноса по г. Киеву. It is offered to form an infrastructure of city at the expense of means of the investors. The principles of definition share of participation of the investors are stated. The method of definition of the size share of a payment of the investor in development of an infrastructure of city is offered. The results of accounts of major parameters necessary for an estimation of the size of a payment till for Kiev are submitted.
