Abstract

Узагальнено досвід хірургічного лікування 104 постраждалих з поєднаною краніоабдомінальною травмою (ПКАТ) в гострому періоді. Проаналізовані особливості діагностики і лікування закритої травми живота в поєднанні з черепно-мозковими пошкодженнями різного ступеня тяжкості. Летальність склала 41,6%.
