Обгрунтування та побудова фінансово-економічного механізму державних закупівель

Abstract

У статті розглядаються теоретичні основи фінансово-економічного механізму державних закупівель. Автором обґрунтована побудова даного механізму, визначено його основні складові та взаємозв’язок між ними. Фінансово-економічний механізм виконує функції регулювання, забезпечення та контролю за ефективним використанням державних коштів. In the article theoretical bases of financial-economic mechanism of government purchases are examined. The construction of this mechanism has been grounded by an author, basic constituents of the mechanism and intercommunication between them have been determined. Financial-economic mechanism executes the functions of regulation, providing and control after the effective use of state facilities.
