Abstract

У роботі описані принцип дії, особливості конструкції, основні характеристики, переваги та недоліки мобільного абсорбційного холодильника, що працює на альтернативному виді палива. Виконані розрахунки (термодинамічний, тепловий, розрахунок випарника та гідравлічний). У розділі охорони праці виконано аналіз шкідливих і небезпечних факторів на виробництві. Розглянуті питання норм заповнення холодильного обладнання аміаком, а також питання подачі холодоагенту у випарникову систему, визначення місць витікання аміаку, матеріали обладнання і трубопроводів холодильних установок. The work describes the principle of operation, design features, basic characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of a mobile absorption refrigerator. Calculations (thermodynamic, thermal, calculation of the evaporator and hydraulic) have been performed. In the section on labor protection, an analysis of harmful and hazardous factors at work is carried out. Issues of norms for filling refrigeration equipment with ammonia, as well as issues of supplying refrigerant to the evaporative system, determination of the places of ammonia leakage, materials of equipment and pipelines of refrigeration units were considered.
