У статті досліджено основні аспекти понятійного апарату сек’юритизація, систематизовано та здійснено його класифікацію. Виділено переваги застосування механізму сек’юритизації активів для вітчизняної банківської системи. In the article are examined major aspects of the conceptual apparatus of securitization, is systematized and implemented its classification and highlighted advantages of using asset securitization mechanism for the domestic banking system.
