Abstract

Lumbosacral radiculopathy is a common cause of persistent disability. The pain syndrome is multicomponent. Various methods of manual therapy are directed at strictly defined pathobiomechanical manifestations. The effectiveness of the methods of manual therapy in combination with basic therapy has been confirmed. Radiculopatię lędźwiowo-krzyżowa jest częstą przyczyną uporczywej niepełnosprawności. Zespółbólu jest wieloskładnikowy. Różne metody terapii manualnej dotyczą ściśle określonych patobiomechanicznych przebiegów. Potwierdzono skuteczność metod terapii manualnej w połączeniu z terapią podstawową. Пояснично-крестцовые радикулопатии (ПКР)-распространенное состояние в неврологии. Заболеваемость составляет около 5% от случаев болей в спине, является наиболее частой причиной потери трудоспособности.
