У статті здійснена спроба проаналізувати особливості та виявити недоліки правового регулювання пенсійного забезпечення інвалідів в угодах України з країнами СНД та Прибалтики та викласти пропозиції щодо гармонізації норм національного законодавства з нормами міжнародних угод. An attempt to analyse features and expose the lacks of the legal adjusting of the pension providing of invalids in the agreements of Ukraine with the countries of CIS and Prybaltyky and expound suggestions in relation to harmonization of norms of national legislation with the norms of international agreements is carried out in the article.
