У дослідженні обґрунтовується положення, відповідно до якого впровадження моделі участі територіальних громад у фінансуванні місцевого розвитку має стати пріоритетом державної фінансової політики у сфері забезпечення соціально-економічного розвитку сільських територій в Україні. The research proves the importance of the participation's model of territorial communities in financing local development.
