Дана стаття присвячена криміналістичному дослідженню викрадення людини як суспільно- небезпечного умисного діяння. Наводяться погляди вчених на поняття «викрадення людини». Особливу увагу приділено способам підготовки, вчинення та приховування злочину, а також детально охарактеризовано дії злочинців, які входять у способи підготовки, вчинення та приховування даного злочину. Дії з підготовки даного злочину включають в себе діяння, що пов’язані з вибором жертви, визначається мета викрадення та коло осіб, які будуть брати участь у реалізації даного злочину. Стосовно способів скоєння, то тут існують різноманітні дії, які включають в переважній більшості фізичне та психічне насильство стосовно жертви. Способи приховування викраденої особи, то тут фігурують інформаційні та фізичні дії. Також у статті наведено місце вчинення викрадення людини, час вчинення. Також наведено знаряддя, які використовуються злочинцями під вчинення злочину.Охарактеризовано важливий елемент криміналістичної характеристики – особистість злочинця. А також жертву злочину, які є важливими фігурами даного різновиду злочину. Наведено мету та мотиви, які спонукають до вчинення злочину. В переважній більшості мета та мотиви є корисливими. Усі ці криміналістичні елементи даного злочину відіграють важливу роль для виявлення, розкриття та попередження злочинів. У висновках взується, що криміналістична характеристика злочину несе в собі великий полемічний потенціал. За допомогою вивчення криміналістичної характеристики злочину, можна швидко розкрити злочин, а також на основі матеріалів попереджувати такі злочини. This article is devoted to forensic investigation of the abduction of a person as a socially dangerous intentional act. The views of scientists on the concept of «human abduction» are presented. Particular attention is paid to the methods of preparation, commission and concealment of the crime, as well as the details of the actions of criminals that are included in the way of preparation, execution and concealment of this crime. Actions for the preparation of this crime include acts related to the choice of victim, the purpose of the kidnapping and the range of persons who will participate in the implementation of this crime are determined.
