Запропоновано внесення змін до законодавства, що дозволять зацікавити банки, підприємства транспорту і зв’язку у створенні промислово-фінансових груп і за умови наявності у їх складі відповідних фахівців – більш ефективно реалізовувати необхідні державні програми, у тому числі у сфері транспорту, зв'язку і фінансів. Proposed amendments to the legislation, that will allow interested banks, transportation and communication companies in creation of the industrial-financial groups. These changes should enable more efficient implementation of the necessary government programs, including in transport, communications and finance.
