Влияние способов подготовки поверхности на адгезионную прочность полимерных материалов

Abstract

Для достижения хорошей адгезии полимерных ремонтных материалов с поверхностью обрабатываемого изделия необходимо создать соответствующую шероховатость поверхности изделия и проводить очистку от загрязняющих веществ. Обработку поверхности детали перед нанесением материала можно выполнять с помощью абразивного круга, напильника, наждачной бумаги, фрезерования или путем использования иглофрезы. Использование электроэрозионного легирования с большой энергией разряда, по сравнению с предыдущими способами обработки, позволяет не снимая слоя металла сформировать необходимую шероховатость детали [1].
