В статті аналізуються існуючі концептуальні підходи до трактування свободи річкового судноплавства та висловлюються пропозиції щодо сучасного розуміння юридичної природи права проходу по міжнародних ріках. The conceptual approaches to interpretation of freedom of river navigation are analyzed in the article. The author gives proposals to modern understanding of the legal nature of right of passage through the international rivers.
