Abstract

The work is devoted to the search for technological methods to increase the stability of tool steels. According to the results of thermomechanical processing in metal, controlled structural states are created by grinding grain, creating increased defect density, accelerating diffusion processes to effectively control the structure, improving mechanical, operational properties and preventing the destruction of working surfaces of the tool. New thermomechanicals modes have been developed and tested, which have a positive effect on the mechanical characteristics of tool steel steels.
