Abstract

The aim of the work is to analyze the prospects and possibilities of introducing a peacekeeping mission in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine through the prism of scientific doctrine and international normative legal acts. The paper identifies the main objectives of peacekeeping, namely: the end of military conflicts; preventing their escalation; ensuring law and order in the conflict zone; carrying out humanitarian actions; the restoration of conflicts of social and political systems.
